    At selloldgames.com, we provide top notch customer service to make sure every transaction is quick and easy! Whatever you see on your cart is what you will be paid. No gimmicks, No haggling, No surprises. Just make sure all items are in good condition. Check our condition checklist.
  2. I cannot find my item on your catalog, what should I do?
    Although an item may not be in our catalog, we may still purchase it! Email us at support@selloldgames.com and we will let you know!
  3. I have several copies of the same game, will you purchase them all?
    Selloldgames.com will allow you to add up to 5 of the same game per platform.


  1. How will I get paid for my games?
    During checkout you may select to be paid via PayPal or mailed check. These acquire a nominal processing fee of $1.46 for mailed checks and PayPal charges 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction.
  2. How long before I receive my payment?
    Once the evaluation process is complete, payment will be sent within 24 hours. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery of mailed checks.

  2. How can I get free shipping?
    If the items in your cart add up to $50 or more, you will be emailed a shipping label paid by SOG .
  3. How can I check if you received my order?
    Once the order is received, we will send you an email notifying you we have received your items.You can also check your order status by going to “My Account” and click “Order Status”.
  4. How should I send in my package?
    Please secure all items in package. Insert enough padding to sustain transit. We recommend adding a tracking number. Selloldgames.com is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

  • Complete-Order complete! Payment has been sent to seller.

Item Requirement Checklist
Note: Counterfeit games will not be accepted. Please verify games. If we receive a counterfeit item, seller will have 72 hours to have the game returned at their expense.

  • Video Game Case- Cases may be damaged (e.g. scratched, cracked, etc.). Please make sure game inside is not damaged.
  • Video Game Manuals- All manuals must be original. No photocopies will be accepted.
  • Video Game Artwork-All artwork must be original. No photocopies will be accepted.
  • Video Game Disc- May have scratches, but game must be in working condition and must not affect gameplay (e.g. skipping, freezing etc.)
  • Video Game Cartridge-Cartridges may have wear on label but label must be 75% there. Game cartridge must be in working condition and must not affect gameplay.
  • Video Game Consoles-Consoles must be complete & must function properly. All aspects of the console should be working and not have any major imperfections (e.g. broken buttons, cracked screens, not reading disc, etc.) Console may have some minor scratches.
  • Video Game Accessories- No aftermarket accessories will be accepted. Must match the ones described in catalogue. All aspects must be fully functional (e.g.no loose joysticks, broken buttons, no torn/cut wires etc.)
